STEP 2 The Path2Buy Partner and homebuyer review together the homebuyers finances and other decision making considerations.
STEP 3 The Path2Buy Partner determines the homebuyer's readiness to buy along specific guidelines
STEP 4 The Path2Buy Partner will direct the homebuyer on specific steps to address the homebuyer's challenges
STEP 5 The homebuyer works on their individual challenges using individually tailored learning resources.
STEP 6 Every 45 days, the Path2Buy Partner contacts the homebuyer for a progress check-up to determine how close they are to being homebuyer ready.
STEP 7 The homebuyer and Path2Buy Partner repeat the check-up process as often as necessary for the homebuyer to become prepared and qualified to buy.
STEP 8 After following the Path2Buy system, the homebuyer resolves their individual challenges and acheives the goal of homeownership.
